Betty started her love affair with the theater at the age of 8 performing in theater in New York. As an adult Betty taught drama at the Sacred Heart Academy in Oregon as well as Directing for the Silverton Players. After moving to Las Vegas in 1982 Betty worked with local theater companies such as Rainbow Company and Las Vegas Little Theater and started her own theater company which produced and directed musicals with Super Summer Theater for 20 years. As the longest playing Director at Super Summer Theater some of her Directorial credits include: Sweet Charity, Fiddler on the Roof, Annie, Hello Dolly, Peter Pan, Damn Yankees, Music Man, The Unsinkable Molly Brown, and The Wizard of Oz to name a few. After her long career with Super Summer Theater she partnered with Bob Sperling and William Freyd forming SFS Entertainment LLC as Artistic Director bringing to the stage, A Chorus Line, Cabaret, and Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. Betty is thrilled to be bringing “Whorehouse” to the Plaza Hotel showroom, the birthplace of Broadway musicals in Las Vegas

Bill was born in Chicago, but has lived most of his life in the Northeast. In 1974, he started a fund raising firm, IDC, which grew to be one of the very largest in the world, employing several hundred people. In 1993, the firm was moved to Henderson, Nevada. Serving thousands of clients across the country and around the world, IDC has counted such organizations as Oxford, Cambridge, Yale, Georgetown, the New York City Ballet, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Nashville Symphony, the Detroit Symphony, the U S Naval Academy (Annapolis), the U S Military Academy (West Point), and the U S Air Force Academy among the institutions it has been privileged to serve.

Bill has served on many non-profit boards, especially in the arts. Included in this list are the boards of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, the Las Vegas Shakespeare Company, the Nevada Symphony Orchestra, where he was elected treasurer, and the Las Vegas Philharmonic where he was elected volunteer President and CEO and continues to serve on the Executive Committee.

Bill graduated from Georgetown University and is a member of the New York Yacht Club, the Union League Club of New York and the Circumnavigators Club where he is also a board member. An intrepid traveler, Bill has visited every state and several dozen countries on every continent but Antarctica. He is listed in the noted Marquis Publications Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in Finance and Industry and Who's Who in the West.

Bill performs frequently as an actor, narrator and singer. He has appeared on stage and in movies, commercials and television series. He has been admitted to membership in the Screen Actors Guild. He presents performances through his production company, SFS Entertainment, LLC which is busily planning a presentation of “The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas” at the Plaza Hotel and Casino’s showroom.
